Return & Refund Policy
At Yash Craft, we want you to love every piece you wear. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to make it right simple, transparent, and hassle-free.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and invoices must be intact
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized jewellery
- Items purchased during clearance or special sale (if applicable)
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Product images (if damaged/defective)
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
- Once approved, return instructions will be shared
3. Return Shipping
- Customers may be required to ship the product back to us
- Return shipping charges may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable courier service
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- Refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit
5. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos.
We will offer:
- Replacement (if available), or
- Full refund (including shipping charges)
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the requested item is unavailable, store credit or refund will be provided
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within [X hours] of placing the order
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
8. Late or Missing Refunds
