Return & Refund Policy

At Yash Craft, we want you to love every piece you wear. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to make it right simple, transparent, and hassle-free.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and invoices must be intact

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale (if applicable)

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at yashcraft@gmail.com with:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Product images (if damaged/defective)
  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be required to ship the product back to us
  • Return shipping charges may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit

5. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos.

We will offer:

  • Replacement (if available), or
  • Full refund (including shipping charges)

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the requested item is unavailable, store credit or refund will be provided

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within [X hours] of placing the order
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider
